Managing saved signatures: uploading, editing, and removing

Digital signatures are a key component of authenticating documents in the digital world. Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) provides a secure way to manage these signatures, whether you're uploading a new one, editing an existing one, or removing one you no longer use. <iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/c3d286208f63466a92cb23f71ccfe676" width="100%" height="405" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen title="Managing saved signatures: uploading, editing, and removing"></iframe> ## Upload a new signature 1. Click the **Account** button at the top right corner of the header. 2. Select the **Security** card. 3. In the security section, click the **Signatures** card. 4. If you have no saved signatures, click **Add a Signature**. 5. Choose one of these options: - Draw your signature in the provided space. - Import a signature image by clicking the **Import** tab. 6. Name your signature for easy identification. 7. Click **Save**. ## Edit an existing signature 1. Locate the signature you want to edit. 2. Click the pencil icon or **Edit** next to that signature. 3. Make your changes: - Change the name. - Redraw the signature. - Re-import the signature. 4. Click **Modify** to save your changes. ## Remove a signature 1. Find the signature you want to remove. 2. Click **Remove** or the trash icon next to it. 3. Review the confirmation dialogue to make sure you are deleting the correct signature. 4. Click **Confirm** to permanently remove the signature from your account. ## Tips for signature management - Ensure that the signatures you upload are a true representation of your physical signature for legal purposes. - Consider updating your signature if there are any significant changes to your official signature. - Keep a backup of your signature files in a secure location.
