Amending a Completed eSignature Package
Sometimes, after an eSignature package has been completed, you may need to make adjustments such as moving a field or resizing elements. Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) allows amendments to a completed package within the first 36 hours of its completion.

1. **Go to the Detailed Page of the Package**:
- Log in to your Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) account.
- Navigate to the detailed page of the completed eSignature package you want to amend.
2. **Access the Amendment Option**:
- Locate the "More" button under the name of the package. This button has a drop-down icon.
- Click on the "More" button.
3. **Open the Package for Amendment**:
- In the drop-down menu, select "Open for Amendment."
- This action will set the package to LIVE mode, allowing you to make changes.
4. **Make the Necessary Adjustments**:
- Re-enter the session, and then navigate to the field or element you need to adjust.
- For example, if you need to make a field smaller, click on the field and resize it accordingly.
5. **Submit for Review**:
- After making the desired changes, review the adjustments to ensure they are accurate.
- Once satisfied, select the "Lock for Review" button
- The system will automatically complete the package after your review and submission.
By following these steps, you can efficiently make amendments to a completed eSignature package within the 36-hour window.
