Custom fields and custom field groups

**Custom fields** allow you to define and add your own specific data-entry points within a document, beyond the standard or predefined fields available. For example, it could be a specific wording that often occurs in your signing, e.g. "This notarization was completed via electronic means" <iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/93769604fb934a2785125309bb89e5e0" width="100%" height="405" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen title="Custom fields and custom field groups"></iframe> **Custom field groups** are collections of fields that are grouped together for easier management and application. Instead of adding individual custom fields one-by-one to a document, you can apply an entire group, ensuring consistency and saving time. For example, a custom field group could be a combination of a text box and a stamp field.
