Custom fields and custom field groups
**Custom fields** allow you to define and add your own specific data-entry points within a document, beyond the standard or predefined fields available. For example, it could be a specific wording that often occurs in your signing, e.g. "This notarization was completed via electronic means"

**Custom field groups** are collections of fields that are grouped together for easier management and application. Instead of adding individual custom fields one-by-one to a document, you can apply an entire group, ensuring consistency and saving time. For example, a custom field group could be a combination of a text box and a stamp field.
