Managing Video Conferencing Mode During a Live Ceremony

During the dynamic flow of a Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) live ceremony, you might find a need to switch gears from document signing to open discussion. This is where video conferencing mode becomes an invaluable feature. Whether it's for an in-depth conversation or simply allowing participants to interact while you manage document details, video conferencing mode caters to this necessity with ease. <iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/e48d13a2746f42ee900e33933afa79a0" width="100%" height="405" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen title="Managing Video Conferencing Mode During a Live Ceremony"></iframe> Here’s how to manage this feature: 1. **Access More options** Locate the **More** button, represented by three dots. You'll find this on the lower section of the left-hand menu. 2. **Open Video Conferencing Mode** After clicking **More**, select **Video Conferencing Mode** toward the end of the additional options. 3. **Enable for Others** Select **Enable for Others** if you want only the participants to engage in video conferencing mode. This can be useful if you need participants to discuss while you work on document adjustments or other tasks. 4. **Toggle participation as needed** If you need to bring someone out of video conferencing mode, return to **More** and adjust the setting accordingly. This allows smooth transitions between discussion and document signing phases. 5. **Enable for All** Select **Enable for All** when you want everyone, including you as the host, to enter video conferencing mode and temporarily step away from signing activities. 6. **Return to default signing mode** The session is in signing mode by default, not video conferencing mode. To switch everyone back to signing activities after a discussion, select **Disable**. Understanding and controlling video conferencing mode allows for a more adaptive and responsive live ceremony, ensuring that the needs of all participants are met effectively. It enhances the flexibility of the session, making it a powerful tool for live ceremonies.
