If a notary asks how to get the Snapdocs Training Academy link for proof of training, do not provide the academy URL directly unless they have already completed the required proof-of-training steps.
Once their profile is approved, they will receive a welcome email from Snapdocs with a link to the Snapdocs Training Academy.
After completing the Snapdocs Academy training, wait for Snapdocs to send the official certificate to upload as proof of training. A screenshot of completed modules is not accepted.
If they ask how to verify or approve their profile on Snapdocs, provide the necessary guidance on how to do so on Snapdocs.
