Managing notification preferences
To manage your notification preferences in Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima):

1. Click on the **Account** tab located at the top right of the Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) interface.
2. Scroll down to find the card labeled **Notification Preferences**.
3. Click on the **Notification Preferences** card to view and manage your notification settings.
4. Review the available notification categories.
5. Use the toggle next to each category and specific notification type:
- Switch the toggle to green if you want to receive that notification.
- Toggle it off if you do not want to receive that notification.
6. Your changes save automatically.
## Notification categories
### Billing notifications
| Notification | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Transaction failed** | Receive an email notification when a transaction fails. |
| **Transaction receipt** | Receive by email the receipt of the transaction when a transaction is successfully processed. |
### Email notifications when you administer an eSignature package
| Notification | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Completed** | Receive an email notification when an eSignature package is completed. |
| **Declined** | Receive an email notification when an eSignature package has been declined. |
| **Delivery failed** | Receive an email notification when an eSignature package was not delivered to a recipient. |
| **Signed** | Receive an email notification when an eSignature package is signed. |
| **Viewed** | Receive an email notification when an eSignature package is viewed. |
### Email notifications when you are a signer
| Notification | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Cancellation of an electronic signature** | Receive a notification every time an electronic signature is canceled. |
| **Electronic signature completed** | Receive notification when an electronic signature is completed. |
| **Electronic signature refused** | Receive a notification whenever an electronic signature has been declined. |
| **Beginning of live electronic signature** | Receive a notification each time a live electronic signing session begins. |
| **Reprogramming an electronic signature** | Receive a notification each time an electronic signature is reprogrammed. |
| **Programming an electronic signature** | Receive a notification each time an electronic signature is programmed. |
| **Sending an electronic signature** | Receive a notification every time an electronic signature is sent. |
| **Electronic signature signed** | Receive a notification every time an electronic signature is signed. |
| **Adding a signer** | Receive a notification each time a new signer is added. |
| **Withdrawal of a signatory** | Receive a notification each time a new signer is withdrawn. |
## Considerations
- Tailor your notifications so you are only alerted about the most relevant and critical activities.
- Revisit your preferences regularly as your needs or roles within Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) change.
