Download eNotary Journal in Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima)
Having an electronic notary journal is vital for maintaining a secure and verifiable record of your notarizations.

## Steps to download your eNotary journal
1. Go to the detailed page of the notarization package you are managing.
2. Click the **Journal** tab on the left-hand side. This is where you previously entered all the journal details.
3. Near the top of the page, just below the **Info** and **Entries** tabs, click **Download eNotary Journal**.
## Alternative download option
You can also download the journal from the audit trail area:
1. Click the **Audit Trail** button below the package title.
2. In the audit trail section, click **Download eNotary Journal** next to **Download Audit Trail**.
## What happens next
- Your computer will immediately start downloading a soft copy of the journal.
- The journal is typically saved in a universally accessible format like **PDF**.
- After downloading, review the journal for accuracy.
