Managing members in a folder: adding, removing, or updating access

Managing members within a folder is a crucial aspect of maintaining an organized and secure environment. Log in to your Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) account. 2. Click **eSignature** at the top of the header. 3. In the sidebar, select **Folders** to view all the folders you have access to. 4. Click the specific folder where you want to manage members. ## Add new members 1. Inside the folder, click **Add a New Member**. 2. In the pop-up window, review the list of potential members. These are individuals who are part of your internal or external team but are not yet members of this folder. 3. Select the member or members you want to add. 4. Choose their access level: ['Read-Only' or 'Write' access](https://help.pactima.com/hc/en-us/articles/22827330109587#h_01HEZ6G47QPVG741Y3TD2WBEAV). 5. Click **Share**. The selected members will now appear under the **Members** tab. ## Update member access 1. Open the **Members** tab within the folder. 2. Find the member whose access you want to change. 3. Click **Update Access** next to their name. 4. In the pop-up, toggle between **Read-Only** and **Write** access as needed. 5. Confirm your choice. ## Remove members 1. Open the **Members** tab within the folder. 2. Locate the member you want to remove. 3. Click the dropdown button next to their name. 4. Select **Delete Member**. 5. In the confirmation modal, verify the removal. ## Understand access consequences Keep in mind that removing a member may affect their access to certain packages. If a removed member was the owner of any packages within the folder, those packages will revert to the folder owner. Ensure that you understand these implications before removing a member.
