Creating Your Notary Public Profile

In order for you to hold RON transactions, you will need to get your notary public profile to be approved. Access your account settings - Click **Account** in the top-right corner of Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima)'s homepage. - Go to **Personal Info**. ### 2. Open the notary profile section - Scroll to the **Notary Public Profile** section. - Click it to begin the verification process. ### 3. Enter your information Provide the required details, including: - Your full legal name - Your home address - Your contact details - Your notarial commission details, including jurisdiction and expiry - Your insurance information for notary liability coverage ### 4. Upload supporting documents After entering your details, continue to the **Supporting Documents** step. Upload evidence of your notarial authority, such as: - Your commission certificate - Proof of insurance ### 5. Complete identity verification The next part of the process includes identity verification and authentication: - Click **IDV** to verify your identity using an official document such as your passport or driver's license - Complete the **KBA** process to validate your identity ### 6. Submit and wait for approval Submitting your application starts the review process. - Review is typically completed within **24–48 hours** - A Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) customer support agent will examine your submission for approval Once your notary public profile is approved, you'll be equipped to start performing notarizations online.
