How to Upload Multiple Documents with Zip Files

Uploading multiple files to Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) in a single action can streamline your document preparation process, especially for eSignature and eNotary transactions. By consolidating your files into one zip archive, you can avoid uploading each file individually. <iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/a57b88c2c1514d27a08a1d57996b6f39" width="100%" height="405" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen title="How to Upload Multiple Documents with Zip Files"></iframe> ## Upload multiple documents with a zip file 1. Log into your Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) account and go to the stage of your workflow where you upload documents, typically under the **Documents** step in the preparation phase. 2. Start the upload in one of two ways: - Drag and drop the zip file into the designated area, if this functionality is supported. - Click **Add Files** to open your file explorer. 3. Browse to and select the zip file that contains the documents you want to upload. 4. Proceed with the upload. Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) will process the contents of the zip file. This may take a moment depending on the number and size of the documents. 5. After processing is complete, review the uploaded documents. You will see the documents from the zip file listed and ready for further action, which lets you verify that all intended documents were uploaded successfully. ## Important consideration Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) supports specific file types for eSignature and eNotary transactions. If your zip file includes files that are not supported, such as non-text files or unsupported formats, those files are automatically filtered out and discarded. Only valid and supported documents are processed and made available for use.
