Deleting a Custom Brand Theme
If your Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) account has accumulated multiple brand themes that are no longer in use, it may be time to tidy up by deleting the ones you no longer need.

## Steps for Deleting a Custom Brand Theme
1. **Access The Account Page**
- Click on the **Account** icon located in the top right corner of the Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) interface.
2. **Navigate to Brand Themes**
- Find and click on the **Brand Themes** card within your account settings.
3. **Locate the Theme to Delete**
- Review the list of all your created brand themes displayed on the screen.
4. **Initiate the Deletion Process**
- For the brand theme you want to remove, look under the **Actions** column.
- Click the dropdown button next to the **Edit** button for the theme you are targeting.
5. **Select Delete Option**
- From the dropdown menu, choose the **Delete** option.
6. **Confirm the Deletion**
- A confirmation dialog will appear, ensuring that you want to proceed with the deletion.
- Confirm your choice to permanently remove the custom brand theme from your account.
## Considerations Before Deletion
- Make sure you are deleting the correct brand theme; once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- If the theme is currently set as default, consider setting a new default before deletion to avoid any disruption in your branding.
- Remember that deleting a brand theme will remove it from any future communications or documents that would have used it.
