How to Use Force Sign in Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima)
Use **Force finalize** when a package is in review and another signer has not finalized. The review screen shows **Awaiting signer finalization** and identifies the signer who is still pending.
## Force finalize a package
1. Open the package while it is in review.
2. In the page header, select **Force finalize**.
3. Review and confirm the action. Force finalize finalizes the other signers.
4. The notary must then select **Agree and finalize** for their own finalization.
## Why Force finalize may be unavailable
**Force finalize** is disabled and shows the reason when a signer has blank required fields or the package configuration locks force signing. Complete required fields first. If the package locks force signing, follow your organization’s process or contact Support. Actions are recorded in the audit log.
