Log in to your Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) account and click **eSignature** at the top of the header. 2. Click **Folders** in the sidebar to view your available folders. 3. Open the folder that contains the package whose ownership you want to manage. 4. Find the package and look for the **Action** column. 5. Click the dropdown button next to **View Details** for that package. 6. Select **Claim** from the dropdown menu. This transfers ownership of the package to you so you can edit and manage it. ### Transferring Ownership to a Teammate 1. Go to **eSignature** and then **Folders**. 2. Open the folder that contains the package you want to transfer. 3. Find the package and click the dropdown button next to **View Details**. 4. Select **Transfer to Teammate**. 5. In the pop-up window, choose the appropriate team member from the list. 6. Click **Transfer**. This transfers ownership of the package to the selected team member. ### Alternative Method from Package Detail Page 1. Click **View Details** for the package you want to manage. 2. On the package detail page, choose **Claim** to transfer ownership to yourself, or choose **Transfer** to open the pop-up for transferring the package to a teammate. 3. Follow the prompts to complete the action. Use this method if you prefer to manage ownership after opening the package details instead of using the folder list dropdown.
