How to enforce internal receipt note entry

Internal receipts can be a powerful tool for tracking and managing transactions within your team. By enforcing internal receipt numbers, you ensure that each action taken by a team member is accompanied by a unique identifier, making it easier to monitor and audit transactions. This feature is especially useful for managing workflows, such as collecting signatures or validating identity (IDV). <iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/81e1f1bf3f414ef09564c243836fad5b" width="100%" height="405" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen title="How to enforce internal receipt note entry"></iframe> ## Access the Team Management settings To begin, navigate to your **Account** settings. Then: - Click the **Team Management** card. - In the team management dashboard, locate the drop-down menu and select **Additional Settings**. ## Enable internal receipt enforcement In **Additional Settings**: - Find the toggle labeled **Enforce Internal Note** and switch it on. - After enabling the toggle, select the specific items or transactions for which you want to enforce internal notes. ## Select transactions to enforce Choose the type of transactions you want this feature applied to. You can enforce it for different kinds of transactions such as: - **Standard Signatures**: for example, when team members are collecting signatures on-site or using remote devices. - **ID Verification (IDV)**: for identity verification transactions. By enforcing internal receipts for your team members, you can maintain better control over your transactions and ensure that every process is accompanied by a unique identifier. Whether it's for signatures, ID verification, or other types of transactions, internal receipts offer a structured way to track and audit your team's activities. Enabling this feature in Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) is quick and straightforward, and it adds a layer of security and accountability to your operations.
