Obtaining a Signing Link for Specific Signers
Occasionally, you might need to provide a direct signing link to a specific individual, especially when standard email access becomes problematic or when you want to share the link through a more immediate messaging channel.

Here’s how to do so:
1. **Navigate to Your Documents**
- Access your list of documents or packages within Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima).
- Locate the relevant package or document.
- Click the document to view its details.
2. **Locate the Signer's Contact Card**
- In the document details, identify the signer you want to provide a signing link to.
- Navigate to the signer's **contact card**.
3. **Generate the Signing Link**
- In the signer’s contact card, select **"pin signing link."**
- Choose how long the link should remain active. For example, you can set it for 10 or 30 minutes, or longer if needed.
- Click **"generate."** The signing link will be created and automatically copied to your clipboard.
4. **Share the Generated Link**
- Paste and share the copied link through the communication method of your choice, such as WhatsApp, iMessage, or another platform.
- If you generate a new link, the previous link becomes invalidated.
This gives you a flexible way to let a signer access documents when email delivery is not an option, whether they need to join a signing session or continue the signing process.
