Switching an eSignature package kind
Occasionally, after scheduling or sending an eSignature package, you might want to alter its kind. For instance, you may have initially opted for a live eSignature ceremony, but circumstances change, and a standard signing session would be more suitable. Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) offers the flexibility to make such modifications seamlessly.

**Steps:**
1. **Navigate to the Package Detail Page**
- Start by heading to the specific eSignature package's detail page. This is the dedicated page for the package, showcasing its unique details and settings.
- Once there, you'll find an array of options and settings tailored to that particular package.
2. **Access the "More" Options**
- On the detail page, look for the "More" button. This is located on the right side of the page and typically takes the form of a dropdown icon.
- Click on this button to unveil a dropdown menu with various options pertaining to the eSignature package.
3. **Switching the Package Type**
- Within the dropdown menu, you'll find the "Switch Package" option.
- Selecting this option allows you to toggle between different eSignature package kinds, whether it be from live to standard, live to in-person, or any other combinations available.
- Upon choosing your desired package type, a confirmation popup will appear.
- Confirm your choice by following the prompt within this popup, typically by selecting a "confirm" button or entering a confirmation phrase.
