After selecting your package type, move to the document step. <iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/68484d229b3d4f479f51bd30edfd08c4" width="100%" height="405" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen title="Sending Your First Live eSignature™ Package"></iframe> ## Add document(s) You can upload multiple documents, reorder them as needed, and choose how they will be downloaded later: - Upload one or more documents. - Reorder the documents in the package. - Choose whether all documents should download together in a single PDF document or download separately. ## Add recipient(s) Before moving to the next step, click the **“+” sign** to add yourself as a signer. This adds your name and the email attached to your account. You can then add a recipient. Recipient options include: - **Receive Copy only** - **Observer** - **Regular Recipient** An **Observer** is someone who does not need to sign the document but wants to observe it. For a standard signer flow, select **“Regular Recipient”** and enter the recipient’s name and a valid email address. You can also configure extra recipient options: - Add **two-factor authentication**, which requires a code for the recipient to join the session. - Add **attachment requests**, which can be optional and confidential. - Use attachment requests when you need the recipient to provide something before or during the session, such as a void check. ## Tag the document After adding a document and recipient, tag the document. On the left side, available tagging types include: - **Signing Fields** - **Stamp** - **Checkbox and Text Fields** You can also: - Customize the font size of fields. - Pre-fill text boxes before submitting the document. - Add a signature field for a specific signer. - Switch the signer from the drop-down menu when placing fields. ## Schedule an appointment Before scheduling, you can add: - A **section name** - A **session description** If multiple people will join the session using one device, you can manage **joiners**. For example, if two parties are signing on the same device, they can use one link and both sign the document. You can also: - Customize the **pen color** - **Enforce signature type** Then use the calendar option to select the date and time. The scheduled meeting is a **placeholder meeting** and will not start unless the session is started. This gives you an opportunity to make changes before the session begins. ## Advanced options Additional options available during package preparation include: - **White out** part of a document - Use **keyboard shortcuts** for faster preparation - Smartly replicate groups of fields across multiple pages of a document to save time - **Transfer** a package so another person can do the session - **Schedule on behalf of another person** - **Switch the signer** for the package These options can help you prepare and manage a Live eSignature™ package more efficiently.
