Understanding live editing modes: Full Live Editing vs Rapid Editing

During a live ceremony in Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima), you may need to make real-time changes to documents or participants. Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) offers two live editing modes for this: **Full Live Editing** and **Rapid Editing**. ## Full Live Editing Full Live Editing is a comprehensive mode that allows you to make extensive changes to both documents and participants. ### What you can do - **Edit the document:** Change the content of the document, rearrange sections, or add new information. - **Modify participants:** Add, remove, or modify participants involved in the live ceremony. ### Important signing restriction While Full Live Editing is active, participants cannot sign the document. This helps ensure that no signatures are placed on a document that is still being modified. ## Rapid Editing Rapid Editing is a streamlined mode designed specifically for making quick changes to the signing fields of a document. ### What you can do - **Adjust signing fields quickly:** Add a new field, resize an existing field, or move fields around. - **Make minor field updates efficiently:** Use this mode when you are pressed for time or only need small signing-field tweaks. ## Which mode should you use? Choose **Full Live Editing** when you need significant changes to documents or participants. Choose **Rapid Editing** when you only need fast adjustments to signing fields. Using the right mode helps keep your live ceremony smooth and efficient while matching the type of changes you need to make.
