Editing tags during a live eSignature ceremony
During a live eSignature ceremony, the notary can add, move, resize, and remove document tags directly.
## Move or resize a tag
- Drag a tag to move it.
- Select an edge or corner to resize it.
- On a touch screen, press and hold the tag for about half a second before dragging it.
## Add a tag
Open the **Tags** tab, choose the correct signer, select the tag type, and place it on the document. The selected signer is retained for up to 24 hours after a reload.
## Remove a tag or filled signature
- Select an unfilled tag and use **Delete** when appropriate.
- Clicking a filled signature no longer deletes it. In the **Tags** tab, use **Remove signature**, **Remove initials**, or **Remove stamp** above **Delete**.
- **Select all** plus **Backspace** cannot remove a signer’s last remaining tags.
If the server refuses an edit, all screens return to the last saved version.
