Fix "UPLOAD SELFIE 0 UNKNOWN ERROR" in Snapdocs RON
If you see **UPLOAD SELFIE 0 UNKNOWN ERROR** in Snapdocs RON, it can mean your browser received no HTTP response while uploading the selfie because the network path dropped the upload.
Try these steps:
1. **Switch to a different network**
- If you are on Wi‑Fi, try cellular instead.
2. **Check for VPN or proxy interference**
- If a VPN or proxy is in use, retry without it where permitted.
3. **Try a different device or location**
- A different device or physical location may avoid the network path issue.
4. **Retake and upload the selfie again**
- After changing the network, VPN/proxy, device, or location, retake the selfie and upload it again.
This troubleshooting is for a **network-level selfie upload failure**. It does **not** mean your identity document was accepted or rejected.
It also does **not** bypass identity verification or resolve a separate **unsupported-document** error.
