Setting a default custom brand theme
For businesses with multiple branding options, setting a default custom brand theme in Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) ensures consistency across client communications. Whether it's for a specific campaign or a company-wide standardization, here’s how you can set your preferred brand theme as the default.
**Steps to Set a Default Brand Theme**:
1. **Open Account**:
- Click on the 'Account' button located at the top right corner of Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima)'s interface.
2. **Access Brand Themes**:
- Locate and click on the 'Brand Themes' card within your account settings.
3. **Review Your Brand Themes**:
- You will be presented with a list of all your created brand themes.
- Each brand theme will have its name, logo, and associated actions listed.
4. **Identify the Current Default**:
- The current default theme will be marked with a green checkmark.
5. **Change Default Theme**:
- To set a different theme as the default, find the theme you wish to make default.
- Under the 'Actions' column for the chosen theme, click the dropdown button.
6. **Set as Default**:
- Select 'Set as Default' from the dropdown menu.
- This will immediately update your default brand theme to the one you selected.
**Ensuring Smooth Transition**:
- Confirm that the new default theme is fully configured and ready for use before making the switch.
- Consider notifying your team of the change if they also use the brand themes for client interactions.
