Managing saved initials: uploading, editing, and removing

In Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima), your saved initials provide you a convenience to easily access them during a signing ceremony, without having the need to re-enter them again. Here's how to manage these crucial elements by uploading new initials, editing existing ones, or removing them when they're no longer needed. <iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/c6781acf5ad741ad8208f6f1623d413f" width="100%" height="405" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen title="Managing saved initials: uploading, editing, and removing"></iframe> ## Uploading New Initials 1. **Access Security Settings** - Click on the **Account** button at the top right of the Snapdocs RON (formerly Pactima) page. - Select the **Security** card to proceed to the security settings. 2. **Navigate to Initials** - On the security page, click on the **Initials** card. 3. **Add Initials** - If you haven't saved any initials yet, you'll see an **Add an Initial** button. - Click this button to start the process of adding new initials. - You have the option to draw your initials or import them from a file. 4. **Save the Initials** - Assign a name to your initials for easy identification, such as **Hello Initials**. - Click **Save** to store the initials in your account. ## Editing Saved Initials 1. **Select Initials to Edit** - Find the initials you wish to edit. 2. **Initiate Editing** - Click the pencil icon or **Edit** button next to the saved initials. 3. **Perform Edits** - You can rename the initials or alter the image by redrawing or re-uploading as needed. - Confirm your edits by clicking on the **Modify** button. ## Removing Saved Initials 1. **Locate the Removal Option** - Each set of saved initials will have a **Remove** button or trash icon beside it. 2. **Delete Initials** - Click the **Remove** button corresponding to the initials you wish to delete. 3. **Confirm Deletion** - A confirmation dialog will appear to ensure you want to proceed with the removal. - Click **Confirm** to permanently erase the initials from your account. ## Key Points to Remember - Ensure your initials are clear and represent your actual initials used in physical documentation. - Keep backups of your initials image files in case you need to re-upload them. - Regularly update your initials if there are changes to your official initials used in document signing.
